Registered dietitians, health coaches, certified diabetes educators, and other health professionals facilitate our classes. You’ll find online and phone options to fit your learning style — all promoting a safe and supportive atmosphere.

You must be registered to attend a class.
- Sign up online for a class. Log on to kp.org/appointments, and click on “Schedule appointment.” Then scroll down to click on Health and Wellness Education. From there, follow the prompts to make program selections and register.
